摘　　要：核医学在许多病症的诊断、治疗和预后等方面起到了不可代替的作用。利用放射性核素进行诊断的核医学,具备准确快速、高灵敏度、高分辨率等优势。目前,已有多种放射性核素在疾病的诊断方面发挥着重要作用,该文主要对氟-18(18 F)、锆-89(89 Zr)、镓-68(68 Ga)、锝-99m(99m Tc)、碘-131(131 I)、碘-123(123 I)和碳-11(11 C)诊断性放射性核素的临床应用及研究进行综述,为疾病的诊断和分期提供参考。Nuclear medicine plays an indispensable role in the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of a wide range of diseases.Nuclear medicine using radionuclides for diagnosis has the advantages of accuracy,speed,high sensitivity and high resolution.Currently,several radionuclides play pivotal roles in disease diagnosis.This article primarily examines the clinical application and research of diagnostic radionuclides,including 18 F,89 Zr,68 Ga,99m Tc,131 I,123 I,and 11 C.The objective is to offer valuable insights for disease diagnosis and staging of diseases.
