小儿热速清糖浆治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的采用Meta分析法对小儿热速清糖浆治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的疗效进行评价。方法通过计算机检索谷歌、SCI-HUB、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网等数据库上公开发表的采用小儿热速清糖浆治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的随机对照试验(RCTs),检索时限为建库至2022年12月31日。试验组单用或联合应用小儿热速清糖浆,对照组采用其他药物治疗。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果最终纳入9篇RCTs,共包含1628例患者,其中对照组580例、试验组1048例,均属高质量文献。Meta分析结果显示,试验组总有效率高于对照组[RR=0.82,95%CI(0.77,0.87),P<0.001],退热时间短于对照组[SMD=-1.30,95%CI(-2.25,-0.35),P=0.007],CD4^(+)高于对照组[SMD=1.95,95%CI(0.74,3.16),P=0.002]。结论基于现有证据表明,小儿热速清糖浆治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染有显著疗效,能够缩短发热时间,改善免疫功能。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infection treated with Xiao′er Resuqing syrup by Meta-analysis method.Methods Through computer retrieval,RCTs of pediatric acute upper respiratory tract infections treated with Xiao′er Resuqing syrup which were publicly published on databases such as Google,SCI-HUB,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,retrieval time limit was until December 31,2022.The experimental group was received either single or combined with Xiao′er Resuqing syrup,and the control group was given the other drugs.RevMan version 5.3 software was used to analyze the indicators.Results A total of 9 RCTs were included,with 1628 cases of patients,580 cases in the control group and 1048 cases in the experimental group.All 9 articles were high quality.Meta-analysis results showed that,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group[RR=0.82,95%CI(0.77,0.87),P<0.001],the fever reduction time was shorter than that of the control group[SMD=-1.30,95%CI(-2.25,-0.35),P=0.007],and CD4^(+)was higher than that of the control group[SMD=1.95,95%CI(0.74,3.16),P=0.002].Conclusion Based on existing evidence,Xiao′er Resuqing syrup has significant effect in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection,which can shorten antipyretic time and improve immune function.
