摘　　要：目的观察重组人生长激素(rhGH)辅助治疗儿童身材矮小症的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年1月龙岩人民医院儿科收治的身材矮小症患儿198例,根据随机数字表法分为rhGH组和对照组,各99例。对照组行常规治疗,rhGH组在对照组基础上加用rhGH治疗,2组均持续治疗1年。比较2组临床疗效,生长发育情况、血清骨代谢指标[Ⅰ型胶原交联羧基末端肽(ⅠCTP)、骨钙素(OC)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)]、血清代谢指标及不良反应。结果rhGH组总有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的89.90%(χ^(2)=4.034,P=0.045)。与治疗前比较,治疗1年后,2组身高、生长速度、体质量增加,ⅠCTP、OC、BAP、血钙、血磷、维生素D水平均升高,且rhGH组高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论rhGH可促进身材矮小症患儿生长发育,调节骨代谢指标,提高血钙、血磷、维生素D水平,且无明显不良反应,安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)in the adjuvant treatment of children with short stature.Methods A total of 198 children with short stature admitted to the pediatric department of Longyan People′s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into rhGH group and control group,with 99 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the rhGH group was treated with rhGH on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 year.The clinical efficacy,growth and development,bone metabolism indexes(ⅠCTP,OC,BAP),serum metabolism indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of rhGH group was 96.97%,which was higher than 89.90%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.034,P=0.045).Compared with before treatment,after 1 year of treatment,the height,growth rate and body weight of the two groups increased,and the levels ofⅠCTP,OC,BAP,blood calcium,blood phosphorus and vitamin D increased,and the rhGH group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The rhGH can promote the growth and development of children with short stature,regulate bone metabolism indicators,improve blood calcium,phosphorus,vitamin D levels,and has no obvious adverse reactions,with high safety.
