摘　　要：肾盂成形术有多种手术入路及手术术式可供术者选择,但因患者的年龄、体型、病变侧、肾积水程度、梗阻部位、梗阻长度、梗阻程度不同,适用的手术入路及手术术式也不相同。术者可根据患者实际情况及术者擅长领域选择最合理的手术入路及手术术式,对降低手术难度、提高手术成功率有重要意义。本研究将对目前肾盂成形术中手术入路及手术术式进行综述,为广大术者在术前、术中决策提供一定指导。Pyeloplasty has a variety of surgical approaches and surgical methods for the operator to choose,but due to the patient’s age,body type,lesion side,degree of hydronephrosis,site of obstruction,length of obstruction,and degree of obstruction,the applicable surgical approaches and surgical methods are different.The surgeon can choose the most reasonable surgical approach and surgical method according to the actual situation of the patient and the field of expertise of the surgeon,which is of great significance to reduce the difficulty of surgery,and improve the success rate of surgery.The study will review the current surgical approach and surgical methods of pyeloplasty,and provide some guidance for the preoperative and intraoperative decision-making of the majority of surgeons.
