新斯的明肌注联合电针并超短波治疗在产后尿潴留患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨新斯的明肌注联合电针并超短波治疗在产后尿潴留(PUR)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取赣州市妇幼保健院2022年3月—2023年10月收治的PUR患者84例,以抽签法分为对照组(42例)、观察组(42例)。对照组予新斯的明肌注治疗,观察组予新斯的明肌注联合电针并超短波治疗。对比两组治疗效果、首次排尿时间与首次排尿量、膀胱残余尿量、尿痛与排尿困难程度及留置尿管率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,首次排尿时间较对照组早,首次排尿量较对照组多,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2 h,观察组膀胱残余尿量较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后2 h、治疗后1 d,观察组尿痛与排尿困难程度积分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组留置尿管率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PUR患者采用新斯的明肌注联合电针并超短波治疗效果较好,利于患者尽早排尿,减少膀胱残余尿量,减轻尿痛与排尿困难程度,降低留置尿管风险。Objective:To explore the application effect of Neostigmine intramuscular injection combined with electroacupuncture and ultrashort wave therapy in patients with postpartum urinary retention(PUR).Method:A total of 84 PUR patients admitted to Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from March 2022 to October 2023 were selected,and they were divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(42 cases)by drawing lots.The control group was treated with intramuscular injection of Neostigmine,while the observation group was treated with intramuscular injection of Neostigmine combined with electroacupuncture and ultrashort wave therapy.The treatment effects,first urination time and urine volume,residual urine volume in the bladder,urinary pain and difficulty in urination,and the incidence of indwelling catheters between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,first urination time was earlier compared to the control group and urine output was more,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 hours after treatment,the residual urine volume in the bladder of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);at 2 hours and 1 day after treatment,the scores of urinary pain and difficulty in urination were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of indwelling catheters in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Neostigmine intramuscular injection and electroacupuncture with ultrashort wave therapy is effective for PUR patients,which can shorten urination time,reduce residual urine volume in the bladder,alleviate urinary pain and difficulty,and reduce the risk of indwelling catheters.
