摘 要:目的:探讨UF-5000尿沉渣分析仪对尿液中有形成分的检测结果及临床适用性。方法:选取2023年9月—2024年2月赤峰市中医蒙医医院400例患者的晨尿样本,采用UF-5000尿沉渣分析仪检测样本,其后以显微镜镜检,样本收集后需在2 h内完成检测,检测过程均按照标准操作流程执行。以显微镜镜检结果为金标准,对UF-5000尿沉渣分析仪检测的红细胞、白细胞等有形成分结果进行统计,探究尿液分析结果中红细胞、白细胞敏感度和特异度及假阳性标本复核后干扰因素。结果:400例晨尿样本经UF-5000尿沉渣分析仪检出红细胞阳性129例,阳性率为32.25%,敏感度为91.27%,特异度为94.89%(Kappa=0.824);400例晨尿样本经UF-5000尿沉渣分析仪检出白细胞阳性145例,阳性率为36.25%,敏感度为90.14%,特异度为93.41%(Kappa=0.756)。UF-5000尿沉渣检测31例红细胞、白细胞假阳性标本中,占比前三的干扰因素分别为鳞状上皮、结晶、真菌,占比分别为25.81%、16.13%、12.90%。结论:采用UF-5000尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液中红细胞、白细胞指标的敏感度与特异度均较好,与显微镜镜检结果一致性良好,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the detection results and clinical applicability of UF-5000 urine sediment analyzer for visible components in urine.Method:Morning urine samples of 400 patients from Chifeng City Mongolian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2023 to February 2024 were selected,and the samples were detected by UF-5000 urine sediment analyzer,followed by microscopic examination.After sample collection,the detection should be completed within 2 hours,and the detection process was carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures.With the results of microscopic examination as the gold standard,the results of tangible components such as red blood cells and white blood cells detected by the UF-5000 automatic urine sediment analyzer were statistically analyzed,and the sensitivity and specificity of red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine analysis results and the interfering factors after the review of false positive specimens were investigated.Result:Out of 400 morning urine samples,a total of 129 cases were detected as positive for red blood cells using the UF-5000 urine sediment analyzer,with a positivity rate of 32.25%,sensitivity of 91.27%,and specificity of 94.89%(Kappa=0.824).Out of 400 morning urine samples,a total of 145 cases were detected as positive for white blood cells using the UF-5000 urine sediment analyzer,with a positive rate of 36.25%,a sensitivity of 90.14%,and a specificity of 93.41%(Kappa=0.756).In 31 cases of false positive red blood cell and white blood cell samples detected by UF-5000 urine sediment,the top three interfering factors were squamous epithelium,crystal and fungus,accounting for 25.81%,16.13%and 12.90%,respectively.Conclusion:The sensitivity and specificity of detecting red blood cells and white blood cells in urine by UF-5000 urine sediment analyzer are good,and the results are in good agreement with those of microscopy,which is worth popularizing.
