摘 要:目的分析甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症支原体肺炎患者的有效性及安全性。方法选取2021年1月至12月我院收治的98例重症支原体肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组(49例,常规治疗)和观察组(49例,常规治疗+甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的发热消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、X线肺部炎症阴影消失时间及总住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC、最大肺活量(VCmax)及最大通气量(MVV)高于常规组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症支原体肺炎患者可有效缩短康复时间,快速消除炎症反应,改善肺功能及通气功能,且不会增加不良反应,能够取得理想的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of patients with severe mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 98 patients with severe mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into conventional group(49 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(49 cases,routine treatment+methylprednisolone sodium succinate treatment)by random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The fever disappearance time,cough disappearance time,lung rale disappearance time,X-ray lung inflammation shadow disappearance time and total hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,maximal vital capacity(VCmax)and maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV)in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of patients with severe mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively shorten the recovery time,quickly eliminate inflammatory reactions,improve lung function and ventilation function,and will not increase adverse reactions,can achieve ideal treatment effect.
