中药痔科止血方治疗湿热下注型混合痔的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究中药痔科止血方治疗湿热下注型混合痔的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年5月我院肛肠科收治的80例湿热下注型混合痔患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组均在小剂量腰麻下行混合痔内痔结扎外痔切除术,治疗组术后口服痔科止血方,对照组为空白对照。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术前、术后第5天,两组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)及凝血酶时间(TT)无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组的术后第3、5天出血评分低于对照组,出血停止时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第3、5天,治疗组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药痔科止血方治疗湿热下注型混合痔效果明确,不仅能有效缓解术后早期肛门疼痛,还能减少出血量,促进创面快速恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid hemostatic prescription in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type.Methods From January 2022 to May 2023,80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type admitted in the anorectal department of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups underwent internal hemorrhoids ligation and external hemorrhoids resection for mixed hemorrhoids under low-dose spinal anesthesia,the treatment group was given oral hemorrhoid hemostatic prescription after operation,and the control group was blank control.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)between the two groups before and 5 d after operation(P>0.05).The bleeding score on the 3rd and 5th day after operation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the bleeding stop time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd and 5th day after operation,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine hemorrhoid hemostatic prescription in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward type has clear curative effect.It can not only effectively relieve early postoperative anal pain,but also reduce the amount of bleeding and promote rapid recovery of wound.
