摘　　要：目的分析临床药师参与全医嘱审核管理在清洁手术围术期抗菌药物预防使用中的应用价值。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月我院接收的200例清洁手术患者作为研究对象,根据管理模式不同将其分为对照组(100例,常规抗菌药管理)和观察组(100例,临床药师参与全医嘱审核管理)。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组患者的抗菌药物总使用率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的抗菌药物的品种选择、给药时机、使用剂量、使用疗程、联合用药合理使用率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医护人员的工作态度、管理技巧、抗菌药使用流程执行、抗菌药管理规范评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在清洁手术围术期抗菌药物预防使用管理中,临床药师参与全医嘱审核管理可降低抗菌药物预防使用率,减少抗菌药物使用种类,提高抗菌药物预防使用合理性及患者满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application value of clinical pharmacists participating in the whole doctor's advice audit management in the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period of clean surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with clean surgery received in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the different management modes,the patients were divided into control group(100 cases,routine antibacterial drug management)and observation group(100 cases,clinical pharmacists participated in the whole doctor's advice audit management).The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total utilization rate of antibiotics of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rational use rates of variety selection,administration time,dosage,course of treatment and combined medication of antibiotics of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of work attitude,management skills,antimicrobial use process execution and antimicrobial management norms of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pharmacists participating in the whole doctor's advice audit management applied in the management in the prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period of clean surgery can reduce the rate of prophylactic use of antibiotics,reduce the kinds of antibiotics used,and improve the rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics and patients satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
