大黄虫丸联合普乐安片治疗肾虚血瘀型慢性前列腺炎临床研究  

Clinical Study on Dahuangzhechong Pills Combined with Pule'an Tablets for Chronic Prostatitis of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

摘　　要：目的:观察大黄?虫丸联合普乐安片治疗肾虚血瘀型慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效及对患者卵磷脂小体、性生活质量的影响。方法:选取141例肾虚血瘀型CP患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组71例和对照组70例。观察组采用大黄?虫丸联合普乐安片治疗,对照组仅口服普乐安片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分、尿常规指标、卵磷脂小体数目及性生活质量[勃起功能国际指数问卷-5 (IIEF-5)]评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为85.92%,对照组为70.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组畏寒肢冷、腰膝酸软、会阴疼痛、小腹疼痛、腰骶疼痛、股内侧疼痛、尿后滴沥、精神萎靡、阳痿早泄等中医证候评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组尿红细胞、尿白细胞、尿酸碱度及尿比重均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组上述各项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组卵磷脂小体数目较治疗前及对照组明显增加(P<0.05);对照组卵磷脂小体数目治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组IIEF-5量表中各维度评分及总分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组上述各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大黄?虫丸联合普乐安片治疗肾虚血瘀型CP,可改善患者中医证候及尿常规指标,有效提高卵磷脂小体数目及性生活质量,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dahuangzhechong Pills combined with Pule'an Tablets on chronic prostatitis(CP)of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type and its impact on lecithin corpuscle and quality of sexual life.Methods:A total of 141 cases of CP patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 71 and 70 cases in each group respectively.The observation group was treated with Dahuangzhechong Pills combined with Pule'an Tablets,and the control group was only taken Pule'an Tablets orally.Clinical effects,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,urine routine indicators,number of lecithin corpuscles,and quality of sexual life[International Index of Erectile Function Questionnaire-5(IIEF-5)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 85.92%in the observation group and 70.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of fear of cold and cold limbs,sourness and weakness in the waist and knees,perineal pain,lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,medial thigh pain,dribbling after urination,mental lethargy,and impotence and premature ejaculation,as well as the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,urine red blood cells,urine white blood cells,urine acidity and alkalinity,and urine specific gravity in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvements of the above indicators in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of lecithin corpuscles in the observation group was increased when compared with that before treatment and that in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no statistically sig
