舌针治疗卒中后运动性失语相关机制及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：运动性失语是脑卒中后常见功能障碍之一,严重影响患者身心健康,加重家庭和社会负担。舌针是通过针刺舌部特定穴位以治疗相应病症的一种特殊针法,研究发现舌针不仅能够恢复舌的运动功能,还能调节血液循环及神经功能,改善脑部功能,促进言语功能恢复。临床上发现,舌针单用可以有效治疗卒中后运动性失语;与言语康复训练、头针及其他治疗方法联合应用可以进一步提高治疗卒中后运动性失语的疗效。笔者系统总结了舌针治疗卒中后运动性失语的作用机理及临床应用的研究内容,以期为舌针治疗运动性失语提供更多参考。Objective:Motor aphasia,one of the common dysfunctions after stroke,seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients and aggravates the burden of a family and the society.Tongue acupuncture is a special needling method for treating corresponding diseases by inserting fine needles at specific acupoints on the tongue.The study found that tongue acupuncture not only can restore the motor function of the tongue,but also improve the brain function through circulation and nervous regulation,thus promoting the recovery of speech function.It is clinically found that tongue acupuncture therapy alone use had a great curative effect on post-stroke motor aphasia;the combination use of tongue acupuncture and speech rehabilitation training,scalp acupuncture and other treatment methods can enhance the curative effect on post-stroke motor aphasia.The authors systematically summarized the research contents of mechanism and clinical application of tongue acupuncture in treating post-stroke motor aphasia so as to provide more reference for tongue acupuncture in the treatment of motor aphasia.
