摘　　要：总结介绍吴中朝教授采用“背俞功能带”诊治强直性脊柱炎的临床经验。吴教授从脏腑理论出发,以“背俞功能带”诊察法对强直性脊柱炎进行揣穴查因,明晰病位病性,并根据“肝脾传变、肾脾传变、肾肝传变”等不同辨证,选择毫火针、灸法及温针疗法在相应“背俞功能带”因症施治,达到调和肝脾、温补脾肾、滋养肝肾的作用。背俞功能带诊疗方法具有司外揣内、诊疗一体、标本兼治的特点,可有效调节由脏腑功能异常所诱发的强直性脊柱炎。This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor WU Zhongchao in the diagnosis and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with"Beishu Functional Band".Starting from the theory of zang-fu organs,Professor WU judged acupoints,inspected the disease cause,clarified the location and nature of ankylosing spondylitis with the"Beishu Functional Band",and differentiated the disease according to"transmission through the liver and spleen",and"transmission through the kidney and spleen",and"transmission through the kidney and liver",and then correspondingly chose filiform fire needle,moxibustion and warming needle according to different symptoms to apply treatment on"Beishu Functional Band",in order to achieve the role of harmonizing the liver and spleen,warming and supplementing the spleen and kidney,and nourishing the liver and kidney.The diagnosis method of"Beishu Functional Band"has the characteristics of judging the interior from observation of the exterior,integrated diagnosis and treatment,and treating the root and branch simultaneously,which can effectively regulate ankylosing spondylitis induced by abnormal function of zang-fu organs.
