治气九法在针灸临床中的运用

摘　　要：治气九法是全国名中医张西俭教授宗《黄帝内经》之旨,根据脉气升降浮沉、强弱、聚散、充盈度等变化而采取有针对性的九种治气方法,分别为降气法、升气法、敛气法、散气法、利气法、补气法、泻气法、透气法、柔气法。阐述九种治气方法各自适用的脉象、脉象特征,以及脉象所提示的气机盛衰变化,借此指导取穴及针灸,针对性调整人体气机。The nine methods for treating qi are proposed by Professor ZHANG Xijian,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,who follows the guidance of Huang Di Nei Jing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic).The nine methods for treating qi are used based on the changes in pulse qi,such as ascending and descending,floating and sinking,strong and weak,gathering and scattered,and filling degree,and can be divided into the methods of directing qi downward,directing qi upward,constraining qi,dissipating qi,unblocking qi,supplementing qi,draining qi,venting qi,and softening qi.This paper expounds on the pulse manifestations and their characteristics applicable to each of the nine methods for treating qi,as well as the rise and fall changes of qi movement indicated by the pulse manifestations,so as to guide the selection of acupoints and acupuncture and moxibustion,and adjust the qi mechanism of the human body pertinently.
