浅析明代旴江名医龚廷贤治疗伤科敷药特色

摘　　要：通过明代旴江名医龚廷贤之《种杏仙方》《鲁府禁方》《云林神彀》《万病回春》《寿世保元》《济世全书》《古今医鉴》著作中有关杖疮、折伤、金疮的章节,总结分析其所记载的外敷药治疗伤科的学术价值及应用特色,发现龚廷贤采用外敷法治疗伤科以辨证论治为核心思想,以损伤一症专从血证、血不止宜外敷内补为治疗大法,以善用日常食材、善长单味中药、善以民间验方及善处膏散药方为临床特色。认为龚廷贤治疗伤科外敷方大多来自民间秘验方,易得方便,价廉效神,有重要的文献价值,是中医药宝库的珍贵财产。The authors are to summarize and analyze the academic value and application characteristics of external application medicials for injuries in traumatology in chapters on trauma caused by heavy-stick punishment,bruises and metal-inflicted wound of Xujiang famous practitioner GONG Tingxian's works written in Ming Dynasty,including Zhong Xing Xian Fang,Lu Fu Jin Fang(Safeguarded Formulas from the Lu Mansion),Yun Lin Shen Gou,Wan Bing Hui Chun(Restoration of Health from the Myriad Diseases),Shou Shi Bao Yuan(Prolonging Life and Preserving the Origin),Ji Shi Quan Shu and Gu Jin Yi Jian.It is found that GONG uses external application method to treat injuries in traumatology by syndrome differentiation,treating symptoms of injuries only from blood and external application and internal supplement for bleeding as the main method,and good use of daily food materials,single Chinese medicine,folk prescriptions and ointment as the clinical characteristics.It is believed that most of GONG's prescriptions of external application for injuries in traumatology come from folk secret prescriptions,which are easy to obtain,cheap and effective.They have great value on document and are the precious property of the treasure house of Chinese medicine.
