摘　　要：胆石症是临床常见病、多发病,西医治疗多以手术切除为主,李乾构教授提出胆石症“脾虚气滞、湿阻中焦”的病机,以健脾益气为根本法则,分期论治,以治胆八法为重要手段,分型论治,辨病与辨证相结合,治疗与预防相并重的综合治疗方法,取得了良好的临床疗效,据此撰文与同行分享。Cholecystolithiasis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice,Professor LI Qiangou put forward the pathogenesis of cholelithiasis of"spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation,dampness blocking in middle jiao",taking invigorating the spleen and supplementing Qi as the basic principle,treating by stages,taking eight methods for treating gallbladder as the important means,and treating by classification,the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,equal emphasis on treatment and prevention of the comprehensive treatment method,get good clinical efficacy,share this article with peers.
