民族文化共情铸牢中华民族共同体意识的机理探析

摘　　要：民族文化共情是指个体站在其他民族成员所属民族文化的角度,理解与感受其他民族成员想法并与其他民族成员产生共同的认知反应、情绪体验和行为倾向的心理过程。认知、情感和行为是民族文化共情铸牢中华民族共同体意识的三维逻辑框架。认知维度,培育积极群际态度、提高文化认同铸牢中华民族共同体意识;情感维度,增强群际信任、提升跨民族友谊自我效能感铸牢中华民族共同体意识;行为维度,加强合作行为、促进利他行为铸牢中华民族共同体意识。基于此,从民族文化共情视角出发铸牢中华民族共同体意识,应加强民族交往交流交融,构建民族文化共情场域;强化共情话语实践,营造民族文化共情氛围;推进调查研究与民族社会化,深化民族文化共情认知。Ethnocultural empathy refers to the psychological process in which an individual,from the perspective of another ethnic group's culture,understands and feels the thoughts of members of those groups,and generates shared cognitive responses,emotional experiences and behavioral tendencies with members of them.Cognition,emotion and behavior form the three-dimensional logical framework in which ethnocultural empathy fosters a strong sense of the community for the Chinese nation.In the cognition dimension,the sense of the community for the Chinese nation is forged by cultivating positive intergroup attitudes and enhancing cultural identity.In the emotion dimension,the sense is forged by enhancing intergroup trust and improving the sense of self-efficacy in cross-ethnic friendship.In the behavior dimension,the sense is forged by reinforcing cooperative behaviors and promoting altruistic behaviors.Based on this understanding,to foster a strong sense of the community for the Chinese nation from the perspective of ethnocultural empathy,efforts should be made to strengthen interactions,exchanges,and integration among different ethnic groups,creating a field of ethnocultural empathy.In addition,it is important to strengthen the practice of sympathetic discourse to create an atmosphere of ethnocultural empathy.Finally,advancing research and ethnic socialization is also needed to deepen the cognition of national cultural sympathy.
