摘  要:云龙州地处滇西山区,囿于自然、经济、人文、社会等诸多条件,科第之风迟迟未开。明代盐官的设置为改变云龙盐地文教风气带来了转机,明中叶到此担任盐官的黄孟通及其后世子孙,因盐落籍、以仕倡教,对云龙文教发展起着至关重要的推动作用。就云龙州而言,盐业资源、流官政权、外来移民是盐井社会风气演变的背景、诱因,亦是动力。科举文化的发展带动了当地士绅队伍的壮大,他们以井养文、以盐兴教,进一步促进了当地文教事业的发展,经过数百年的演变与发展,云龙盐井社会最终纳入“大一统”王朝的文化版图之中。Yunlong Prefecture was located in the mountain area of Western Yunnan.Due to the natural,economic,cultural,social and other conditions,imperial examination had been delayed in this region for a long time.The establishment of salt officials in the Ming Dynasty brought a turning point to change the cultural and educational atmosphere in Yunlong’s salt region.Huang Mengtong(a salt official in Yunlong in the middle of the Ming Dynasty)and his descendants settled in the region and advocated education,thus playing a crucial role in promoting the development of Yunlong’s culture and education.As far as Yunlongzhou is concerned,the salt industry resources,the migrant official regimes,and immigrants were the background,inducement and driving force of the evolution of the atmosphere of salt well society.The development of the imperial examination culture led to the expansion of the local gentry.Depending on salt wells and salt industry,they further promoted the development of local cultural and educational undertakings.After hundreds of years of evolution and development,the Yunlong salt well society was eventually incorporated into the cultural territory of the dynasty featured by“Great Unity”.
