摘　　要：心脏神经官能症作为心血管临床常见疾病,病情虽然多不致命,但却困扰患者正常生活,且有罹患心脏病的风险,目前西医对此病认识尚且不足且治疗作用局限,安徽省名中医何长国长期专事于心血管系统疾病30余年,在中医治疗心脏神经官能症方面颇有心悟,认为其病位主要在心肝,可涉及其他脏腑,主要病机为心肝两虚,痰热扰心,气机失调,导致心脉不畅、神魂动摇、情志失调而发病,临床多见心肝血虚、痰热内扰、肝脾不和3种证型,治疗上多以养心补肝、补血益气、清热化痰、安神宁心、疏肝理脾,遣方调剂,泥古而不拘古,临床多有效验。Cardiac neurosis is a common cardiovascular disease in clinical practice.Although the condition is not fatal,it disturbs the normal life of patients and has the risk of heart disease.At present,Western medicine has insufficient knowledge of this disease and its treatment is limited.HE Changguo,a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Anhui Province,has been specialized in cardiovascular diseases for more than 30 years and has a deep understanding of the treatment of cardiac neurosis with Chinese medicine.He believes that the disease is mainly located in the heart and liver,and may involve other organs.The main pathogenesis is deficiency of both heart and liver,phlegm-heat disturbing the heart,and Qi disorder,which leads to poor heart pulse,shaken spirit,and emotional disorder.Clinically,there are three syndromes:deficiency of heart and liver blood,internal disturbance of phlegm-heat,and disharmony between liver and spleen.In terms of treatment,it is mainly based on nourishing the heart and liver,replenishing blood and Qi,clearing heat and resolving phlegm,calming the mind,soothing the liver and regulating the spleen,and adjusting the prescriptions.He sticks to the ancients but is not bound by the ancients.There are many effective prescriptions in clinical practice.
