摘　　要：跖筋膜炎是一种常见的足踝外科疾病,临床常见多发,严重影响患者身心健康和生活质量。目前尚缺乏有效、低廉、简便、并发症少的制剂和干预方案。魏品康是海军军医大学教授、主任医师、国家首批师承制博士生导师、上海市名老中医、中央军委保健委员会特聘会诊专家,在疼痛的中医治疗方面造诣颇深。魏教授治疗跖筋膜炎性跟痛症的经验,认为整体论治是基础,不荣则痛,治疗当以肝为先、兼顾脾肾;局部论治是补充,不通则痛,治疗当痰瘀为先,兼顾风寒湿。整体与局部结合,内外同治,补攻兼施。Plantar fasciitis is a common surgical disease of the foot and ankle.It is common and frequent in clinical practice,seriously affecting the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.At present,there is a lack of effective,low-cost,simple and less-complication preparations and intervention programs.WEI Pinkang is a professor and chief physician of the Naval Medical University,the first batch of doctoral supervisors in the national masterapprentice system,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor in Shanghai,and a specially-appointed consultation expert of the Central Military Commission Health Care Committee.He has profound attainments in the treatment of pain with traditional Chinese medicine.Professor WEI’s experience in treating heel pain caused by plantar fasciitis believes that holistic treatment is the basis.If the liver is not nourished,there will be pain.Treatment should focus on the liver first,taking into account the spleen and kidney;local treatment is supplementary.If the liver is not unblocked,there will be pain.Treatment should focus on phlegm and blood stasis first,taking into account wind,cold and dampness.Combine the whole and the local,treat both internal and external,and use both tonic and attack.
