摘　　要：咳嗽是新型冠状病毒感染后常见症状,部分患者可发展为慢性咳嗽,因其迁延不愈、反复发作的特性,严重影响了患者的日常生活。西医对其治疗有一定的局限性,往往收效不佳,许多临床研究发现,中医药对此证的治疗有着独特的疗效。周大勇教授是安徽省名中医,探寻岐黄之道近40年,尤其擅长呼吸道疾病的诊治,临证经验丰富。文章总结了周教授治疗新冠感染后慢性咳嗽的临证经验,其认为此证属疫毒损伤肺脾,肺脾两虚,正虚邪恋,应从肺脾论治,以健脾养肺为治疗原则,培土生金,肺脾同调,肺气足,脾土旺,方得痊愈。Cough is a common symptom after infection with the New Coronavirus.Some patients may develop chronic cough.Due to its lingering and recurrent characteristics,it seriously affects the daily life of the patients.Western medicine has certain limitations in its treatment and often has poor results.Many clinical studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine has a unique therapeutic effect on this syndrome.Professor ZHOU Dayong is a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Anhui Province.He has been exploring the way of Qihuang for nearly 40 years.He is particularly good at the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases and has rich clinical experience.This article summarizes Professor ZHOU’s clinical experience in treating chronic cough after New Coronavirus infection.He believes that this syndrome is caused by epidemic toxins damaging the lungs and spleen,lung and spleen deficiency,and positive deficiency and evil lingering.It should be treated from the perspective of the lungs and spleen,with the principle of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the lungs,cultivating the earth to produce gold,the lungs and spleen to be in harmony,the lungs and spleen to be full of lung Qi,and the spleen and earth to be prosperous,so that it can be cured.
