犀角地黄汤治疗过敏性紫癜血热妄行证的理论探析

摘　　要：犀角地黄汤是临床治疗过敏性紫癜血热妄行证的常用经典方剂,主要功效为清热解毒、凉血散瘀。作者对犀角地黄汤追根溯源,从其主治及过敏性紫癜中医病机特点着手,深入探析犀角地黄汤治疗过敏性紫癜血热妄行证的特点;并分析其配伍特点、现代医家对其应用以及现代药理研究,阐明犀角地黄汤治疗过敏性紫癜血热妄行证的可能作用机制,从而更好地指导临床。Xijiao Dihuang Decoction is a commonly used classic prescription for clinical treatment of allergic purpura with blood-heat syndrome,and its main effects are clearing away heat and detoxification,cooling blood and dispersing blood stasis.The author traced the origin of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction,starting from its main indications and the characteristics of the pathogenesis of allergic purpura in traditional Chinese medicine,and deeply explored the characteristics of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction in treating allergic purpura with blood-heat syndrome;and analyzed its compatibility characteristics,its application by modern doctors and modern pharmacological research,and clarified the possible mechanism of action of Xijiao Dihuang Decoction in treating allergic purpura with blood-heat syndrome,so as to better guide clinical practice.
