摘　　要：设计了一种半封闭式果树喷雾机,该喷雾机能够根据果树外形进行结构仿形,具有了半封闭式循环药液喷施及风幕喷雾助力功能,实现了对果树的全方位、多层次喷药,不仅提高了果树喷药的精准度和效率,还减轻了土壤板结、肥力下降等问题。通过减少药液的流失和浪费,降低了对土壤和水源的污染,有效保护了生态环境。同时,由于药液喷施的精准性和均匀性,减少了果农在喷药过程中的接触,保障了果农的生命健康。In this paper,a semi-closed fruit tree sprayer was designed,which could realize the function of structure profiling according to the shape of fruit trees,semi-closed circulation liquid spray and wind curtain spray,and realized the all-round and multi-level spraying of fruit trees.The application of the sprayer could not only improve the precision and efficiency of fruit spray,but also reduce the problems of soil compaction and fertility decline.By reducing the loss and waste of liquid medicine,the pollution of soil and water is reduced,and the ecological environment is effectively protected.At the same time,due to the precision and uniformity of liquid spray,the contact of fruit farmers in the spray process is reduced,and the life and health of fruit farmers are guaranteed.
