代县农机防灾救灾减灾工作措施及对策

摘　　要：农机不仅可以提高生产效率,还可有效缓解农业灾害。在分析代县农机使用中存在防灾减灾意识不足、机维修和更新不及时、社区合作机制不够健全等问题的基础上,提出了加强农机应急准备、组建应急作业服务突击队、不同情况的应急响应对策等防灾救灾减灾工作措施,以期为农机防灾救灾减灾工作提供借鉴意义。Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the use of agricultural machinery in Daixian County,such as lack of awareness of disaster prevention and reduction,the maintenance and update of machinery are not timely,and the community cooperation mechanism is not perfect,such as strengthening the emergency preparedness of agricultural machinery,setting up emergency operation service commandos,and emergency response countermeasures in different situations,so as to provide reference for the disaster prevention and reduction of agricultural machinery.
