乡村振兴背景下新型职业农民培育路径研究

摘　　要：以乡村振兴为背景,分析了乡村振兴对农村劳动力需求和产业结构调整的影响,采用文献分析和案例研究相结合的方式,通过对国内外相关研究的综述,提出了新型职业农民的定义、特征及培育模式,探讨了适应我国乡村振兴背景新型职业农民的培育路径,旨在为乡村振兴战略的实施提供了可行性建议。With rural revitalization as the background,this paper analyzed the impact of rural revitalization on rural labor demand and industrial structure adjustment.By combining literature analysis and case studies,through summarizing relevant researches at home and abroad,this paper put forward the definition,characteristics and cultivation mode of new professional farmers,and discussed the cultivation path of new professional farmers adapting to the background of rural revitalization in China.It aims to provide feasible suggestions for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
