摘 要:以尾巨桉DH32-29为研究对象,采用不同施肥配方进行桉树组培苗苗木培育试验。结果显示:施肥对桉树组培苗株高、地径和根长生长具有促进作用,能有效提高桉树组培苗育苗的成活率。经正交试验分析显示,影响桉树组培苗苗木株高的因素依次为N>P>K,影响桉树组培苗地径的因素依次为K>N>P,影响桉树组培苗根长的因素依次为P>N>K。Experiments were conducted using Eucalyptus urograndis DH32-29 as the experimental research object,and different fertilization formulas were used for the cultivation of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedlings.The results showed that fertilization had a promoting effect on the growth of height,ground diameter,and root length of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedlings,and fertilization could effectively improve the survival rate of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedlings.The survival rate of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedlings fertilized ranged indicating a good survival rate.In addition,the results of orthogonal experimental analysis showed that the factors affecting the height of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedlings were in the order of N>P>K,and the factors affecting the ground diameter of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedlings were in the order of K>N>P.The factors affecting the root length of Eucalyptus tissue culture seedlings were in the order of P>N>K.
