乡村数字经济与农村三产融合协调发展的时空分异与收敛性研究

摘　　要：乡村数字经济与农村三产融合的协调发展是实现乡村产业高质量均衡式发展的必然要求。在系统梳理乡村数字经济与农村三产融合协调发展的逻辑机理,阐释不均衡发展特性的基础上,以2012—2020年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的数据为样本,构造乡村数字经济与农村三产融合协调发展的指标体系,选用熵值法对协调发展水平进行测度,并选用Dagum基尼系数及分解法、σ收敛和β收敛模型,对全国及四大区域协调发展水平的区域差异及收敛性展开研究。研究发现:第一,乡村数字经济与农村三产融合的协调发展水平总体呈现“发展水平显著提升、相对差异动态缩小”的特征,但从绝对数值看,仍存在明显的区域发展不平衡状态;第二,区域间差异是空间差异、非均衡性的主要来源,东部与中部、东部与西部、东部与东北部的区域差异呈扩大趋势,缩小区域发展差异和解决区域发展不均衡问题应是未来相关政策的靶向目标;第三,乡村数字经济与农村三产融合的协调发展水平存在明显的σ收敛特征,除东北地区只存在经典β收敛外,全国及其他地区均存在显著的空间β收敛特性,西部地区收敛速度最快,即西部省份之间追赶趋同效应最为明显。The coordinated development of rural digital economy and the integration of rural industries is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality and balanced development of rural industries.On the basis of systematically sorting out the logical mechanism of coordinated development between rural digital economy and the integration of rural three industries,and explaining the characteristics of unbalanced development,using data from 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2012 to 2020 as samples,this paper constructs an indicator system for the coordinated development of rural digital economy and the integration of rural three industries.The entropy method is used to measure the level of coordinated development.Additionally,the Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition method,as well asσConvergence andβConvergence models are used to study the regional differences and convergence of coordinated development levels across the country and the four major regions.Research has found that,firstly,the overall level of coordinated development between rural digital economy and the integration of rural three industries shows a significant improvement in development level and a dynamic reduction in relative differences.However,from an absolute perspective,there is still a clear regional development imbalance;Secondly,regional differences are the main source of spatial differences and imbalances.The regional differences between the eastern and central regions,the eastern and western regions,and the eastern and northeastern regions are expanding.Reducing regional development differences and solving regional development imbalances should be the target of future relevant policies;Thirdly,there is a clear level of coordinated development between rural digital economy and the integration of rural industriesσConvergence characteristics.Except for the Northeast region,which only shows classicalβConvergence,significant spatialβConvergence is present nationwide and in other regions.The Western region has
