摘　　要：功勋荣誉档案创新管理是贯彻中国共产党人精神谱系的必由之路,也是新时代赋予档案人的新使命。在界定功勋荣誉档案概念的基础上,进一步厘清了新时代加强功勋荣誉档案管理是厚植民族文化爱国情怀的生动教材、记录英雄模范突出贡献的原始资料、传承共产党人精神谱系的历史印迹、凝聚力量实现伟大复兴的时代佐证的应有之义。新时代功勋荣誉档案管理在管理制度、资料存储、信息真伪、服务方式上面临着四重困境。摆脱困境要遵循畅通功勋荣誉档案管理机制,明晰征收内容和归档范围,细化整理程序和保管方式,加速功勋荣誉数据库建设,延伸功勋荣誉档案利用触角等来探索发展进路。The Innovation management of archives of meritorious achievements and honors is the only way to implement the spiritual pedigree of the CPC,and also the new mission entrusted to the archivists in the new era.On the basis of defining the concept of archives of meritorious achievements and honors,it is further clarified that strengthening the management of archives of meritorious achievements and honors in the new era is a vivid teaching material for cultivating national cultural patriotism,recording the outstanding contributions of heroic models,inheriting the historical imprint of the Communist Party's spiritual lineage,and consolidating strength to achieve great rejuvenation as evidence of the times.In the new era,the archives management of the Party's meritorious service and honor faces four dilemmas in management system,data storage,information authenticity and service mode.To get rid of difficulties,firstly we need to smooth management mechanism for meritorious and honor archives,clarify the collection content and filing scope,refine the organization procedures and storage methods,accelerate the construction of meritorious and honor databases,extend the use of tentacles for meritorious and honor archives to explore development paths.
