2019—2022年某精神专科医院镇静催眠抗焦虑药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的:统计某精神专科医院镇静催眠抗焦虑药物的使用情况,分析用药趋势,以促进合理用药。方法:提取2019—2022年潍坊市精神卫生中心医院电子病历信息管理系统中镇静催眠抗焦虑药物相关数据,分析总金额、金额构成比、年增长率、用药频度(DDDs)等。结果:2019—2022年镇静催眠抗焦虑药物销售总金额呈逐年增长趋势。苯二氮䓬类DDDs最高,2019—2022年,巴比妥类和苯二氮䓬类DDDs占比呈逐年下降趋势,5-羟色胺激动剂和非苯二氮䓬类DDDs占比呈逐年上升趋势。镇静催眠抗焦虑药物销售金额及DDDs排序前三名分别为劳拉西泮片、坦度螺酮胶囊、佐匹克隆片,其余药物中,奥沙西泮片增长明显。结论:潍坊市精神卫生中心镇静催眠抗焦虑药物应用呈现逐年上涨趋势,说明睡眠障碍人群逐年扩大,临床需要医院加强监管的力度,提高镇静催眠抗焦虑药物使用合理性。Objective:The use of sedative and hypnotic antianxiety drugs in a psychiatric hospital was analyzed,the trend of drug use was analyzed to promote rational drug use.Methods:The data of sedative hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs in the electronic medical record information management system of Weifang Mental Health Center from 2019 to 2022 were extracted.The total amount,proportion of amount composition,annual growth rate,frequency of use(DDDs)were anlyzed.Results:From 2019 to 2022,the total sales amount of sedative hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs showed an increasing trend year by year;benzodiazepines had the highest DDDs.From 2019 to 2022,the DDDs proportion of barbiturates and benzodiazepines showed a decreasing trend year by year,while the DDDs proportion of 5-hydroxytryptophan agonists and non-benzodiazepines showed an increasing trend year by year;the top three sedative,hypnotic and anti-anxiety drugs in terms of consumption sum and DDDs were Lorazepam tablet,Tandospirodone capsule and Zopiclone tablet,among other drugs,Oxazepam tablet increased significantly.Conclusion:The application of sedative hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs in Weifang Mental Health Center showed an increasing trend year by year,indicating that the population of sleep disorders expanded year by year,and the clinical need for hospitals to strengthen supervision and improve the rationality of the use of sedative hypnotic anti-anxiety drugs.
