闭合复位弹性髓内针固定治疗儿童四肢长骨粉碎性骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察闭合复位弹性髓内针固定治疗儿童四肢长骨粉碎性骨折的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月廊坊市永清县人民医院骨科收治的四肢长骨粉碎性骨折患儿70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各35例。对照组接受切开复位钢板固定治疗,试验组接受闭合复位弹性髓内针固定治疗。比较两组关节功能、临床指标及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组关节功能评分高于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口愈合时间、骨折骨性愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:闭合复位弹性髓内针固定治疗儿童四肢长骨粉碎性骨折的效果显著,可改善患儿关节功能,减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,加速术后恢复,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of closed reduction elastic intramedullary pin fixation in the treatment of comminuted fractures of the long bones of the extremities in children.Methods:Seventy cases of children with comminuted fractures of the long bones of the extremities admitted to the Department of Orthopedics,Langfang Yongqing County People's Hospital,from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with thirty-five cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with cut-andreplaced steel plate fixation,and the experimental group was treated with closed reduction elastic intramedullary pin fixation.The joint function,clinical indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The joint function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,the operation time,incision healing time,and fracture bony healing time were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusion:The effect of closed reduction elastic intramedullary pin fixation in treating children's comminuted fractures of the long bones of the extremities is remarkable,which can improve the children's joint function,reduce the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,shorten the operation time,accelerate the postoperative recovery,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
