创复汤辨证加减联合西医治疗下肢骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析创复汤辨证加减联合西医治疗下肢骨折的效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年5月揭阳市荣成中心医院收治的100例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合创复汤辨证加减治疗。对比两组中医证候积分、下肢周径差及炎性指标。结果:治疗后,两组肿胀、疼痛、皮温升高、皮色变化积分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组大腿周径差、小腿周径差减小,观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:创复汤辨证加减联合西医治疗可以改善下肢骨折术后患者的临床症状,减轻患者下肢肿胀,降低机体炎性因子水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of Chuangfu decoction combined with Western medicine in treating lower limb fracture.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with lower limb fracture admitted to Jieyang Rongcheng Central Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with fifty patients in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group combined Chuangfu decoction on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,lower extremity circumference difference and inflammatory index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of swelling,pain,skin temperature rise and skin color change in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the difference of thigh circumference and leg circumference decreased,and the observation group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with Western medicine treatment,Chuangfu decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the swelling of lower limbs and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
