双柏散熏洗防治痔上黏膜环切术术后并发症的临床价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨双柏散熏洗防治痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)术后并发症的临床价值。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年12月于东莞市东南部中心医院接受PPH治疗的痔疮患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组术后采用常规治疗,观察组术后在对照组基础上采用双柏散熏洗治疗。对比两组术后恢复情况、疼痛及水肿评分、并发症发生率。结果:观察组创面水肿、创面渗液、创面疼痛等消失时间以及首次排便时间早于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,两组视觉模拟评分法评分及水肿评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、5、7 d,两组视觉模拟评分法评分、水肿评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.015)。结论:双柏散熏洗防治PPH术后并发症的临床效果显著,能有效缓解创面疼痛、水肿,加快术后恢复速度,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of fumigation of Shuangbai Powder in the prevention and treatment of complications after hemorrhoidal mucosa circumtomy(PPH).Methods:Sixty patients with hemorrhoids who received PPH treatment in Dongguan Southeastern Central Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment after operation,and the observation group received fumigation of Shuangbai Powder treatment based on the control group after operation.The postoperative recovery,pain and edema scores and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of wound edema,wound seepage,wound pain and first defecation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the time of wound healing was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).On day 1 after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3,5 and 7 days,the visual analog scoring method score and edema score of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.015).Conclusion:The clinical effect of fumigation of Shuangbai powder on the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of PPH is significant,which can effectively relieve wound pain and edema,accelerate postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
