摘　　要：目的:分析体位管理对经股静脉入路射频消融术老年患者术后恢复效果的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月广西壮族自治区人民医院收治的经股静脉入路射频消融术后老年患者80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组术后实施常规护理管理,观察组术后在对照组基础上实施体位管理。对比两组焦虑自评量表评分、数字评估表评分、护理满意度。结果:干预后,两组SAS评分较前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后12 h,两组数字评估表评分较前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:经股静脉入路射频消融术后老年患者应用体位管理可改善其焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,提高满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of position management on postoperative recovery of elderly patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation via femoral vein.Methods:A total of eighty elderly patients treated in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 after radiofrequency ablation via femoral vein were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management after operation,and the observation group received position management based on the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale,digital assessment scale and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,SAS scores of both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);at 12 h after operation,the score of digital evaluation table in both groups was lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Position management can improve anxiety,relieve pain and improve satisfaction in elderly patients after femoral vein radiofrequency ablation.
