摘 要:目的:分析64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像低剂量技术的应用价值。方法:选取2023年3—10月西宁市湟中区第一人民医院行64排螺旋CT冠状动脉检查的患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组管电流量为120 kV/300 mA,观察组管电流量为100 kV/180 mA。对比两组图像质量、不良反应发生率、射线剂量。结果:两组图像质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组射线剂量低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像低剂量技术的应用价值较高,可降低射线剂量但不影响图像质量,且未增加不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the application value of 64-row spiral CT coronary artery imaging low-dose technology.Methods:Eighty patients who underwent 64-row spiral CT coronary artery examination in Xining Huangzhong District First People's Hospital from March to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with forty cases in each group.The tube current of the control group was 120 kV/300 mA,and the tube current of the observation group was 100 kV/180 mA,and the image quality,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the radiation dose of the two groups were compared.Results:Comparison of image quality scores between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);comparison of the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the radiation dose of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:64-row spiral CT coronary artery imaging low-dose technology has a high application value,which can reduce the ray dose without affecting the image quality,and did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
