摘　　要：心脏手术操作复杂,易因体外循环条件、凝血功能障碍等产生较高的安全风险,需加强血液保护。该文明确了心脏手术中血液保护的意义,总结自体血储备、急性等容血液稀释、自体血小板分离、血液回收等血液保护干预措施及血液保护药物、凝血功能监测的应用效果,证实术中血液保护对保障心脏手术患者安全的价值显著。The operation of cardiac surgery is complicated,and it is easy to produce high safety risks due to the conditions of extracorporeal circulation and coagulation dysfunction,so it is necessary to strengthen blood protection.This article clarified the significance of blood protection in cardiac surgery,and summarized the application effects of blood protection interventions such as autologous blood reserve,acute isovolemic hemodilution,autologous platelet isolation,blood recovery,blood protection drugs,and coagulation function monitoring.It is proved that intraoperative blood protection is of significant value to the safety of patients undergoing cardiac surgery.
