摘 要:为有效去除浊度对地表水中总氮测定的干扰,保证总氮测定的可靠性,文章从准确度、精密度和操作性等方面对两种离心处理方式进行比对,实验结果表明:两种离心处理方式的准确度和精密度均符合标准要求,但按离心处理方式二进行测定的准确度更高,精密度更好,且操作更简单。在实际工作中,建议采用先加盐酸并用纯水定容后再离心的方式去除浊度对总氮测定的干扰。In order to effectively remove the interference of turbidity on the determination of total nitrogen in surface water and ensure the reliability of the determination of total nitrogen,this paper compares the two centrifugal treatment methods from the aspects of accuracy,precision and operability,the experimental results show that:the accuracy and precision of the two centrifugal methods are up to the standard,but the accuracy of the second centrifugal methods is higher,the precision is better and the operation is simpler.In practical work,it is suggested to remove the interference of turbidity on the determina⁃tion of total nitrogen by adding hydrochloric acid first and using pure water to dilute before centrifugation.
