摘  要:针对实际检测工作中总氮检测结果小于三氮(氨氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮)检测结果总和的现象,从浑浊度、消解和冷却时间、氨氮占比及样品保存时间等因素对总氮及三氮影响进行了研究验证,提出了优化建议,较好地解决了总氮小于三氮总和的问题。Aiming at the phenomenon that the total nitrogen is lower than the sum of the Triple-nitrogen in the actual moni⁃toring work.The effects of total nitrogen and triple-nitrogen were studied and verified in the factors such as turbidity,potas⁃sium persulfate,ammonia nitrogen and sample storage time.And make optimization suggestions,it solves the problem that the total nitrogen is lower than the sum of the triple-nitrogen.
