微表情分析技术在侦查讯问工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：伴随我国讯问规则体系在国家立法发展中的不断细化、完善以及愈发重视保障人权意识的理念转变,实务工作中应用更加合法化、高效化、智能化的讯问手段有着极其重要的意义。微表情分析技术在侦查讯问过程中能够有效甄别犯罪嫌疑人、动态调整讯问策略、深挖扩大隐藏线索并指导后续侦查方向,但该项技术也面临着一定程度的理论与实践难题。从完善相应法律法规、加强侦查人员专业素质培训、合理配置软硬件设施资源、构建行之有效的应用规范等方面进行探索,可以提升微表情分析技术在侦查讯问工作中的应用效果。With China's interrogation rule system being refined and improved continuously in the national legislation and with the awareness of attaching great importance to the human right protection changing,it is of great significance for the police to use more legal,efficient,and intelligent interrogation methods in their practical work.The technology for microexpression analysis can effectively identify criminal suspects,help readjust interrogation strategies dynamically,discover hidden clues and guide follow-up investigation in the process of investigation and interrogation.However,it is also fraught with a certain degree of theoretical and practical difficulties.Accordingly,to explore the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,reinforcement of the training of investigators’professional quality,rational reallocation of software,hardware facilities and resources,and formulation of effective applicable standards can better the application effects of the technology for microexpression analysis in investigation and interrogation.
