涉案困境未成年人多元化救助机制之检视与重构

摘　　要：未成年人因刑事案件的发生而权益受到损害,陷入生存、健康、教育、发展等方面困境的情况时有发生,在《未成年人保护法》实施背景之下,检察机关应当主动与公安、民政、教育等部门以及医疗机构、专业社会服务机构、公益慈善组织等主体进行有效衔接,共同构建涉案困境未成年人多元化救助大格局,从而保护未成年人的合法权益,并且预防与减少未成年人犯罪。It is a common occurrence for juveniles that their encounter with criminal cases does harm to their rights and interests,which finally may lead to difficulties in survival,health,education,development and etc.In the context of the implementation of the Law on the Protection Juveniles,procuratorial agencies should take the initiative to effectively get connected with police departments,civil affairs departments,educational departments,medical institutions,professional social service institutions,public welfare charitable organizations,and other entities in order to jointly build a diversified assistance framework for these juveniles in troubles.Thus their legitimate rights and interests can be protected and juvenile delinquency can be prevented and reduced.
