摘　　要：分析了目前105 m^(3)聚合釜体系使用的进口助分散剂和国产助分散剂各项性能的差异性,研究了105 m^(3)聚合釜生产PVC-SG5树脂过程中国产助分散剂替代进口助分散剂后对装置工艺参数及产品性能的影响。通过配方优化,最终实现国产助分散剂替代进口助分散剂的目的。The performance differences between imported auxiliary dispersants and domestic auxiliary dispersants currently used in the 105m^(3)polymerization kettle system were analyzed.The impact of Chinamade auxiliary dispersants replacing imported auxiliary dispersants on the process parameters and product properties in the production of PVC-SG5 resin in 105m^(3)reactor was studied.Through formula optimization,the goal of replacing imported auxiliary dispersants with domestically produced auxiliary dispersants was realized.
