摘　　要：采用报警管理平台对PVC生产过程中的DCS报警信息进行统计分析和数据挖掘,在DCS上进行了报警优化,通过增加条件报警减少了无效报警,实现了PVC生产事故预警、异常停机预警、设备故障预警,降低了装置维护成本,提高了生产效率。Using an alarm management platform,statistical analysis and data mining of DCS alarm information during PVC production process were carried out.Alarm optimization was carried out on DCS,and invalid alarms were reduced by adding conditional alarms.PVC production accident warning,abnormal shutdown warning,and equipment failure warning were achieved.Equipment maintenance cost was reduced and production efficiency was improved.
