星形下料器内产生塑化片的原因及对策

摘　　要：介绍了星形下料器的特点,分析了星形下料器运行过程中出现问题的原因,提出了改造、优化星形下料器密封的措施——优化气封输送形式和增大叶轮与特体间隙。改造后效果良好,后续运行中堵塞现象很少发生,检修次数大幅度降低。The characteristics of starshaped feeder were introduced,and the reasons for the problems that occurred during the operation of the starshaped feeder were analyzed.Measures to improve and optimize the sealing of the starshaped feeder were proposed,including optimizing the gas seal conveying form and increasing the clearance between the impeller and the special body.The renovation effect was good,and blockage rarely occurred during subsequent operation,resulting in a significant reduction in maintenance frequency.
