摘　　要：介绍了乙炔生产过程中溶解在电石渣浆和废次氯酸钠溶液中的乙炔气的回收工艺、装置运行情况及注意事项。乙炔气的回收减少了电石的消耗量和VOC的排放量,降低了PVC的生产成本。The process,equipment operation,and precautions for the recovery of acetylene gas dissolved in carbide slag slurry and waste sodium hypochlorite solution during acetylene production were introduced.The consumption of calcium carbide and VOC emissions were reduced,and the production cost of PVC were lowered.
