摘 要:详细分析基地发生火灾隐患的风险因素,利用层次分析法构建基地火灾风险评价指标体系,确定影响火灾风险的4个一级指标和16个二级指标,通过专家评分法确定各指标权重值,结合模糊综合评价法得出基地模糊综合评价模型,求出基地的火灾风险安全等级为“较好”,并指出检修基地火灾风险控制策略。该评价法可以客观、科学、合理地反映基地火灾风险等级,并能识别出具体指标的薄弱环节。A detailed analysis of the risk factors of fire hazards in the base is conducted,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine 4 first-order and 16 secondary indicators affecting fire risks.The expert scoring method is used to determine the weight values of each indicator,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is combined to obtain a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the base.The fire risk safety level of the base is determined to be“good”.And the fire risk control strategy for the maintenance base is proposed.The method can objectively,scientifically,and reasonably reflect the fire risk level of the base,and identify the weak links of specific indicators.
