比赛实战情景下青少年足球教学训练流程构建——基于法国青少年足球教学训练模式

摘　　要：在促进竞技体育全面发展,加强青少年体育工作,加快建设体育强国背景下,采用文献资料法、专家访谈等方法,系统分析欧洲足球发达国家训练模式;结合现代足球比赛特征,研究分析世界杯典型足球进球片段,总结足球制胜规律的同时,对比我国青少年足球教学训练现状,从实战出发构建青少年足球训练流程,提出完善我国足球后备人才培养建议如采用先进足球训练理念,培养“懂足球”、“会比赛”的青少年足球运动员;借鉴先进理论知识,夯实足球后备人才基础;优化足球训练环节,提高青少年足球教学训练质量,旨在为我国青少年足球发展营造更好的环境,为改善足球教学和训练模式提供理论依据。Based on literature review and expert interviews,this article systematically analyzes the training model of developed football nations of Europe.By combining the characteristics of modern football matches,it examines typical goal-scoring moments from the World Cup,summarizes winning patterns,and compares them with the current state of youth football training in China.At the same time,it compares the current situation of youth football teaching and training in China,constructs a youth football training process based on practical combat,and proposes suggestions for improving the cultivation of youth football talents in China,such as adopting advanced football training concepts to train young football players who“understand football”and“know how to play”;drawing on advanced theoretical knowledge to strengthen the foundation of football reserve talents;optimizing football training processes to improve the quality of youth football teaching and training,in order to provide a theoretical basis for creating a better environment for the development of youth football in China and improving football teaching and training models.
