摘  要:为满足综合性消防救援机动队伍全域机动任务需求,更好地履行“全灾种、大应急”综合任务形势的救灾减灾职能使命,紧紧围绕“机动训练实案化”建设要求,本文结合跨区救援机动模式现状,分析了全域任务需求下机动能力建设必要性、可行性及问题点,从跨区救援机动体系建设、摩托化机动能力提升、前突快反力量建设3个方面,讨论了提升跨区救援机动能力举措,以确保快速抵达救援现场、获取有利战机、高效完成任务。In order to meet the requirements of comprehensive fire rescue mobile teams for all-region mobile tasks and better fulfill the disaster relief and disaster reduction functions and missions of the comprehensive task situation of"all disasters and big emergencies",closely focusing on the construction requirements of"mobile training in practice",in this paper,the necessity,feasibility and problems of mobile capacity construction under the requirements of all-region task combined with the current situation of cross-region mobile rescue mode were analyzed.From the three aspects of the construction of cross-district mobile rescue system,the improvement of motorized mobile capacity,and the construction of sudden and rapid counter-force,the measures to improve the cross-district mobile rescue capacity were discussed to ensure the rapid arrival of the rescue scene,the acquisition of favorable opportunities,and the efficient completion of tasks.
