摘  要:为缓解人造板行业原材料紧缺问题,需要调整人造板原料的供应结构。使用废弃木质材料替代原生木材制造人造板已经成为一种新的方向。本文介绍了废弃木质材料的来源、材料规模以及国内外回收废弃木质材料的政策标准,并且通过实地调研,阐述了回收废弃木质材料制造人造板典型企业的生产现状,我国面临的挑战以及未来的调整方向,为人造板可持续发展提供了参考。此外,回收废弃木质材料也避免了因焚烧、填埋处理带来的环境污染和碳排放,为实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标开辟了一种新的生产模式。In order to alleviate the shortage of raw materials in the wood based panel industry,it is necessary to adjust the supply structure of wood based panel raw materials.Using waste wood materials to replace virgin wood in manufacturing wood based boards has become a new direction.This article introduces the sources,scale of materials,and policy standards for the recycling of waste wood materials both domestically and internationally.Through field research,the production status of typical enterprises that manufacture wood-based panels from recycled waste wood materials,the challenges faced by China,and future adjustment directions were describes,providing a reference for the sustainable development of the wood-based panel industry.In addition,recycling waste wood materials also avoids environmental pollution and carbon emissions caused by incineration and landfill treatment,opening up a new production model to achieve the goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
