摘  要:针对碎软煤层干式钻孔施工中粉尘污染严重、危害职工健康、制约安全生产的问题,提出孔内有限空间“多区段-高截留”的粉尘源头治理方案,研发了由高压定量自添加器、监测仪表、强混旋流发泡器、高能复合泡沫输送管、区段泡沫幕帘发生器等组成的孔内区段截留消尘装置,对比分析了不同压力出口数的区段泡沫幕帘发生器对除尘效果的影响。在某矿3407辅助回风巷钻孔施工现场应用过程中发现:采用压力出口数为3的区段泡沫幕帘发生器时,各测点除尘效果最佳;在此最优工况下,施工现场全尘和呼尘平均除尘效率分别达到了94%和89%,该装置的应用显著降低了干式钻孔施工现场的粉尘含量。Severe dust pollution in the dry drilling of broken soft coal seams jeopardizes employee health and hampers safe production.Because of this,we proposed a dust source management plan,named as“Multiple-Segment and High-Interception”,for the limited space in the boreholes and then developed an interception dust removal device,consisting of a high-pressure quantitative automatic feeder,a monitoring instrument,a strong cyclone foam generator,high-energy composite foam pipeline,and segmental foam curtain generator.In addition,we compared the impact of segmental foam curtain generators with different pressure outlet numbers on dust removal.Field application in the drilling of the 3407 auxiliary retain air roadway showed that when using a segmental foam curtain generator with three pressure outlets,the dust removal effect was optimal at measuring points.Under this optimal condition,the average dust removal rate for total dust and respirable dust reached 94%and 89%,respectively.Its application significantly reduced the dust concentration at the dry drilling sites.
