摘　　要：目的探讨接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗夫妻中男性患者婚姻调适在自我效能与生活质量间的中介效应。方法采用时间连续抽样法,选取2022年1月至4月在北京市某三甲医院生殖医学中心接受IVF-ET治疗的293例男性患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、自我效能感量表、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适量表和生育生活质量量表进行调查,采用结构方程模型进行中介效应检验。结果接受IVF-ET治疗的男性患者生活质量总分为(68.46±10.85)分。婚姻调适与自我效能、生活质量总分均呈正相关(r=0.408、0.391,P<0.01),婚姻调适是自我效能和生活质量的中介变量(β=0.104,P<0.001),中介效应占总效应的26.74%。结论接受IVF-ET治疗的男性患者生活质量处于中等水平,婚姻调适在自我效能和生活质量间起部分中介作用。建议在改善接受IVF-ET治疗男性患者生活质量的干预工作中,应重视婚姻调适的影响,注重激发患者自我效能,开展夫妻共同健康教育,提高婚姻调适水平以进一步提高生活质量。Objective To explore the mediating effect of marital adjustment on the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life among male patients in couples undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment.Methods A time-series sampling method was employed to select 293 male patients who underwent IVF-ET treatment at the Reproductive Medicine Center of a tertiary hospital in Beijing from January to April 2022.A general information questionnaire,a general self-efficacy scale,the Locke-Wallace marital adjustment test,and a fertility quality of life scale were used for investigation.Structural equation modeling was applied to test the mediating effect.Results The total quality of life score for male patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment was 68.46±10.85.Marital adjustment was positively correlated with both self-efficacy and overall quality of life(r=0.408,0.391;P<0.01).Marital adjustment served as a mediating variable between self-efficacy and quality of life(β=0.104,P<0.001),with the mediating effect accounting for 26.74%of the total effect.Conclusions Male patients undergoing IVF-ET treatment exhibit moderate levels of quality of life,and marital adjustment partially mediates the relationship between self-efficacy and quality of life.It is recommended that during the intervention work aimed at improving the quality of life of male patients undergoing IVF-ET,attention should be paid to the impact of marital adjustment,to stimulate patients′self-efficacy,to conduct joint health education for couples,and to enhance marital adjustment to further improve quality of life.
