未婚先孕人工流产患者生殖健康认知调查及其影响因素探讨

摘　　要：目的调查未婚先孕人工流产患者生殖健康认知水平,并探讨其影响因素。方法采取简单随机抽样法选取2021年1月至2022年12月在首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院行人工流产的360例未婚女性患者作为研究对象,比较不同类型未婚先孕人工流产患者的生殖健康认知得分,并采用多元线性回归分析法分析影响生殖健康认知的因素。结果问卷有效回收率为98.33%(354/360),患者生殖健康认知调查问卷得分为10~47分,平均(33.80±5.41)分。未婚先孕人工流产患者生殖健康认知得分在不同年龄、不同户籍地、不同类型父母关系、不同文化程度、不同职业间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、户籍地、父母关系、文化程度在初中及以下和高中或中专、职业为待业人员和工人/个体均是影响未婚先孕人工流产患者生殖健康认知水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论未婚先孕人工流产患者生殖健康认知水平较低,年龄、户籍地、父母关系、文化程度、职业均是影响未婚先孕人工流产患者生殖健康认知水平的因素。Objective To investigate the cognitive level of reproductive health in unmarried pregnant patients with induced abortion and explore its influencing factors.Methods A total of 360 unmarried female patients who underwent induced abortion in Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects using a simple random sampling method.The reproductive health cognitive scores of different types of unmarried patients with induced abortion were compared,and the multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors influencing the reproductive health cognition.Results The effective response rate of the questionnaire was 98.33%(354/360).The score of the reproductive health cognition survey questionnaire for patients was 10-47 points,with an average of(33.80±5.41)points.There were significant differences in reproductive health cognition scores of unmarried patients with induced abortion among different ages,different registered residence,different types of parental relationships,different educational levels,and different occupations(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,registered residence,parental relationship,educational level in junior high school or below and high school or technical secondary school,and unemployed occupation and workers/individuals were all factors influencing the reproductive health cognition of unmarried patients with induced abortion(P<0.05).Conclusions The cognition level of reproductive health of unmarried patients with induced abortion is low.Age,registered residence,parental relationship,education level and occupation are all factors influencing the reproductive health cognition of unmarried patients with induced abortion.
