摘　　要：文章对2012—2021年中国31个省域文旅经济发展和文旅法治建设的综合水平进行测度,运用弹簧模型评估二者的压力承载状况;结合耦合协调模型、马尔科夫链探究两者的协调发展程度与时空演进趋势;运用PVAR模型检验两系统之间的因果关系与互动响应关联。结果表明:①文旅经济发展水平呈波动上升态势,文旅法治建设水平呈稳步攀升趋势,空间格局均呈现“自沿海向内陆”阶梯状递减分布;文旅经济发展与文旅法治建设系统压力渐趋累积,东北、西部地区压力大于东部、中部地区。②二者的耦合协调程度日渐提升,地区差距缩减;协调类型多为经济滞后型;耦合协调状态较为稳定,存在“俱乐部趋同”特征,各区域等级状态对邻接省域具有空间溢出效应。③两系统存在长效均衡关系,互为格兰杰因果关系;均受到自身和对方的双重冲击作用,互相构成正负向交替的“螺旋式”冲击效应;文旅经济发展对文旅法治建设的冲击大于文旅法治建设对文旅经济发展的影响。This paper measures the levels of cultural tourism(C&T)economic development and the construction of the rule of law in cultural tourism in 31 provincial-level regions of China from 2012 to 2021.It uses the spring model to assess the pressure states,the coupled coordination model and Markov model to determine their coordination development degree and spatio-temporal evolution trend.It investigates their causal and interactive response relationship by the means of the PVAR model.The results show that:1)The level of C&T economic development shows the fluctuating upward trend.The level of the construction of the rule of law in cultural tourism is on a steady upward trend.The spatial pattern of both shows a decreasing distribution from the coastal region to the inland areas of China.Pressure on the C&T economic development and the construction of the rule of law in cultural tourism is accumulating,with more pressure in the northeastern and western regions than the eastern and central regions.2)The degree of coupling coordination is increasing and regional disparities are shrinking.The coupling coordination type is mostly economic lag type.The state of coupling coordination is relatively stable,with the characteristic of"club convergence".The regional rank states have spatial spillover effects on neighboring provincial-level regions.3)There is a long-run equilibrium relationship between the two systems,with mutual Granger causality.Both are influenced by themselves and each other,constituting alternating positive and negative effects.The influence of the C&T economic development on the construction of the rule of law in cultural tourism has become greater than the effect of the construction of the rule of law in cultural tourism on the C&T economic development.The conclusions of the study provide theoretical support and practical reference for the highquality,efficient,and coordinated development of China's C&T economic development and the construction of the rule of law in cultural tourism.
